Challenge
Prime Pro Agency understood how much revenue chatting with fans can generate. And they also knew that offering a full service agency would set them apart as market leaders. This ambitious move came with its own set of challenges—not just managing multiple creators, but also coordinating various specialized teams.

Team Structure
Prime Pro Agency built a team structure that would ensure the stability and longevity of their clients. As Luigi says, “We have a huge team of people because it's impossible to keep [employees] working 12 hours every single day.” Their 7 dedicated departments look like:

Strategy
Prime Pro Agency’s holistic strategy is focused on one thing–increasing creator earnings.
First, the Creative Department creates scripts for new reels and new format ideas for social content that the Personal Department coordinates with the creator. A weekly editorial plan is prepared and a virtual space is set up where Marketing and Creative work with the creator to prepare the social content.
Then, the Marketing Department nurtures the creator’s Instagram profile to drive new fans to their OnlyFans. Tasks include publishing reels, posting stories, replying to DMs from fans, and commenting on posts.
Once a new fan subscribes, the Publishing and Sales Department work together to manage the fan relationship. The Publishing Department uses Infloww to send out mass messages, while each top creator gets a dedicated Sales Manager who is available 24/7 and coordinates the Closers.

The Leak Removal Department’s mission is to protect Prime Pro Agency’s top creators by taking down leaked material. They’re in charge of contacting both legal and illegal sites that spread this sensitive content.
