Higher Space’s first creator approached them to figure out why she wasn’t getting any brand collaborations through her social media. Same explicitly level as her Instagram, but in a more personal (and monetizable) space.

From that very first creator, Higher Space knew they needed systems and workflows in place to scale sustainably. “We asked ourselves, how do we track notes? How do we track fan behavior? Because it was overwhelming. We knew from the beginning that we needed another digital layer to make intelligent decisions from day one,” says Edmond.

The online mass message writer and the chatting team collaborate to craft an online mass message to fans (excluding new fans and big spenders). These messages lead directly into the opening message of the pre-planned conversation sequence. 

From there, the chatting team uses structured script sequences to guide conversations. These sequences group scripts into logical, narrative-driven flows, allowing for smart customer journeys and adaptive responses to fan behavior. “I remember my first night when sequences came out. I sat down and wrote a sequence. In one hour, I made two and a half grand without typing anything. I was just clicking,” says Edmond.

Higher Space had early access to script sequences when they joined the beta testing phase. Collaborating on new product developments is a priority for them. “Our strategic direction is directly connected to Infloww’s,” says Edmond, “because we scale better because of your improvements and vice versa.”
